Sitting at a restaurant where they had painted the table tops in blackboard paint, armed with pink chalk I drew the conception idea of this tattoo.
We had spoken previously about the idea of a sword, and how it would cover an older tattoo. But as the best shapes always show up unannounced, I didn’t really expect that what was drawn on that table would guide my hand for this back piece.
Done in multiple sessions, this blastover was so satisfying!!
